Warranty Terms
New product replacement standards and procedures
  • If the new product is defective within 7 days from the date of purchase (Note 1), please replace the product at the original place of purchase. The packaging, products and accessories must be complete (such as carton, bag, manual, remote control, etc.) for replacement.
  • Product must be in new condition (no scratches) and fully packaged. There should be no shortage, damage, etc. of the contents. In any case of the above, the company reserves the right to reject return the product or to charge the additional processing fee.
  • Defective new products should be replaced at the original place of purchase within 7 days, or it should be handled through repair procedures otherwise.
    (Note 1) Defective new product refers to the failure and damage of the product without the following reasons within 7 days.
    1. Falling, external pressure, pulling, etc. that damages the appearance.
    2. Unauthorized disassembly.
    3. Failure or damage caused by force majeure factors such as natural disasters.
    4. Failure or damage caused by immersion in water, moisture, corrosion, etc.。
Service during the warranty period
  • During the warranty period, the following conditions are not covered by the warranty after service personnel's inspection.
    1. Falling, external pressure, pulling, etc. that damages the appearance.
    2. Unauthorized disassembly.
    3. Failure or damage caused by force majeure factors such as natural disasters.
    4. Failure or damage caused by immersion in water, moisture, corrosion, etc.
    5. The starting time of the warranty cannot be determined (for example, there is no online product registration record, no warranty certificate, no invoice or proof of purchase)
  • During the warranty period, if there are no artificial factors, parts are free of charge under warranty; the warranty do not include the personnel's transportation fee for on-site service, the product delivery cost, the inspection and repair fees.
  • The warranty period is within one year from the date of manufacture, and the accessories of the main product are excluded from the warranty.
  • During the warranty period, the repair charge contains repair and transportation fees according to the price list below. If the product is delivered by a transport company, the freight is quoted by the transport company.
  • During the warranty period, please provide the warranty certificate to the service personnel before repairing to safeguard your right.

  • After warranty expiration, the repair charge contains repair and transportation fees according to the price list below. If the product is delivered by a transport company, the freight is quoted by the transport company.
Notice for repairing service
  • Once service member informs the returned product is repaired, please pick up the repaired product and complete payment within one month. If the item has not been picked and the contact to customer is unsuccessful, it is deem that the customer gives up the product and Easy Fong is not responsible for it.
  • If you return the product for repair with freight, please properly pack your returned item before delivery to avoid damage during transportation.
  • After the repair, the replaced parts are guaranteed for three months without artificial factors.
  • Repair costs are settled in cash, and invoices are issued after repairing.
